We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead - Java Backend & React.js Frontend to lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and React.js, along with expertise in application architecture, database design, code reviews, debugging, and team coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for leading technical development activities, ensuring code quality, resolving complex technical challenges, mentoring developers, and collaborating with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership

- Lead and coordinate the technical development team across backend and frontend workstreams.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and development plans.
- Define technical approaches, coding standards, development practices, and design guidelines.
- Review application architecture and ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical growth.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement appropriate solutions.

2. Java Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Apply strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java fundamentals.
- Implement business logic, validations, authentication, authorization, and data processing.
- Work with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate and JPA.
- Optimize backend application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.




- Implement appropriate error handling, logging, and exception management.
- Ensure secure coding practices and maintainable backend architecture.

3. React.js Frontend Development
- Design and develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Develop reusable components, hooks, and frontend modules.
- Work with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
- Integrate React.js applications with backend REST APIs.
- Manage application state using Context API, Redux, or similar state-management solutions.
- Optimize frontend performance, rendering, and application responsiveness.
- Implement form validation, routing, error handling, and user interaction workflows.
- Troubleshoot browser compatibility and frontend integration issues. 4. Database Management
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures where required.
- Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance.
- Understand indexing, transactions, joins, and database normalization.
- Ensure data integrity and efficient database interaction through backend services.

5. Microservices & Application Integration
- Design and implement microservices-based applications.
- Integrate internal services and third-party systems through REST APIs.
- Understand service-to-service communication, API versioning, and error handling.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, or similar mechanisms.




- Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, where applicable.
- Ensure reliable communication and appropriate handling of distributed application failures. Required Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of application architecture and software engineering best practices.
- Experience conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring developers is preferred, especially for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
