Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide product information, resolve concerns,



and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers and provide information about IIFL Finance products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and branch visits.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Field marketing

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers

Required Skills

- Valuable communication skills in local language
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities..

Preferred Experience

- Fresher or Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Front Office Operations will be an added advantage.
