Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Mumbai/Indore/Vadodara

Exp Range: 10 to 15 years

A Salesforce Technical Architect (STA) is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business and enterprise technology requirements. The architect serves as the technical leader for Salesforce implementations, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring best practices and architectural standards are followed across the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Strong hands-on experience in designing scalable Salesforce technical solutions across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch, queueable, and schedulable Apex.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Experience in integration design using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware, and secure authentication patterns.
- Ability to convert business and functional requirements into technical design, solution blueprints, and implementation approach.
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, deployment governance, environment strategy, and release management.
- Solid debugging, performance optimization, code review, and technical risk assessment skills.
- Ability to guide development teams, review solution quality, and communicate technical options clearly to stakeholders
- Candidate should have good communication skills, experience working in Customer Facing Role and interaction with Senior Business stakeholders is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

Solution & Technical Architecture

- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.
- Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.




- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical designs and architecture blueprints.
- Develop architecture roadmaps and technology strategies.

Salesforce Platform Leadership

- Provide technical leadership to administrators, developers, consultants, and project teams.
- Review and approve technical designs, code, integrations, and deployment strategies.
- Establish Salesforce development standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Guide teams on platform capabilities, limitations, and optimization opportunities.

Integration Architecture

- Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Azure, AWS, and third-party applications.
- Define API, middleware, event-driven, and data integration strategies.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable system interoperability.

Security & Compliance

- Design robust security models using profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, industry, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement identity management, authentication, and authorization frameworks.

Application & Development Oversight

- Define development frameworks using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Review code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor developers and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Data Architecture

- Design enterprise data models and data migration strategies.
- Define master data management, data governance, and data quality processes.
- Optimize large-volume data processing and reporting capabilities.

Release & Environment Management

- Define deployment strategies using DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee sandbox management, release planning, and production deployments.
- Ensure application stability across environments.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with business leaders, project managers, product owners, and technical teams.
- Present architecture recommendations and technical roadmaps.
- Align Salesforce initiatives with business objectives and enterprise technology strategies.
