Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Mother Teacher to join our Cambridge International School. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, create a positive and engaging classroom environment, and support the academic, social, emotional, and overall development of students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Create a secure, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support students' cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Develop lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and teaching-learning resources.
- Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to encourage student participation.
- Monitor students' progress and maintain accurate academic and developmental records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, behavior, and development.




- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school management.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, training sessions, and other academic activities.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and individual learning needs of every child.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field.
- Montessori, NTT, or ECCE certification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a Cambridge or international school is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, creative, and child-friendly approach.
- Familiarity with activity-based learning and child-centered teaching methodologies.
