Education: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Experience: - 3 to 5 years of experience as Data centre support Engineer
Familiarity with data centre technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and power/cooling systems.
Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in a data centre workplace. • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documenting technical issues and resolutions. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Certification in relevant technologies or ITIL certification is a plus.
