Seller Business Development Associate (Field Sales)

About the role

Youll be the face of NoBroker for property owners. You will meet owners, show their properties to qualified buyers and tenants, negotiate, and close deals. Leads are provided by the company, so your time goes into meeting people and closing, not cold prospecting.

What you’ll do

- Meet property owners and customers to facilitate sales, rentals, and leases
- Conduct property visits and accompany buyers on site tours
- Explain property features, pricing, and NoBroker’s services
- Coordinate property photoshoots and make sure listing details are accurate
- Negotiate between buyers and sellers to close deals
- Onboard owners and encourage premium service subscriptions where relevant
- Visit commercial properties to collect owner details and introduce NoBroker’s services
- Upload property details via the NoBroker app or Google Forms
- Log all customer interactions and sales updates in the CRM
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets while keeping customers happy

Who we’re looking for

- Diploma or graduate (mandatory)
- Freshers with strong potential,



or up to 2 years of field sales experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in English plus one of: Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi (Marathi for Mumbai/Pune)

Must-haves

- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence
- Smartphone
