Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and executing RCC works for high-rise residential construction, ensuring structural work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise RCC works including footings, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, cores, and structural elements.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, line, alignment, and dimensions before concreting.
- Ensure execution is strictly as per structural drawings and approved specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, consultants, contractors, and surveyors.
- Monitor concrete pouring, vibration, curing, and cube testing.
- Ensure proper quality, safety, and workmanship at site.
- Check BBS, reinforcement quantities, and material requirements.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and site documentation.




- Identify and resolve site-level structural execution issues in coordination with the consultant.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.

Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of RCC construction and high-rise building execution.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and BBS.
- Knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and quality control.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and testing procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of safety standards and construction practices.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Candidates must reside in Thane or Mumbai location.

Candidates who can join within 15 - 20 days will be highly preferred.
