- Gather and analyse requirements from clients and internal teams.
- Convert requirements into user stories, process flows and functional documents.
- Prepare project scope, proposals, estimates, budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with UI/UX, development and testing teams.
- Manage requirement changes, risks, dependencies and project updates.
- Review test scenarios and support UAT and defect closure.
- Analyse existing applications and document their functions.
- Communicate project status and issues clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and SDLC.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project tools.




- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and documentation tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, integrations and analytics.
- Ability to handle projects and client discussions independently.

AI and Automation Exposure

- Practical experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot.
- Ability to use AI for research, requirement analysis, documentation and test scenarios.
- Basic understanding of AI integrations, chatbots, automation and AI agents.
- Ability to validate AI output and protect confidential client information.
