Job Description Architect & Lead Conversion

Job Responsibilities

- Contact new leads and understand their requirements.
- Meet clients and discuss their interior design and renovation needs.
- Visit sites and understand project requirements.
- Prepare floor plans and design concepts as required.
- Explain design ideas, quotations, and services to clients.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with the estimation and design teams.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with clients and generate new business.

Requirements





- B.Arch or equivalent relevant qualification.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
- Experience in client handling and sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and floor plans.
- Ability to convince clients and close deals.
