We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Scientist to lead predictive analytics initiatives, develop high-impact customer models, and build robust machine learning pipelines.

Key Technical Requirements:

Marketing Analytics: Propensity modeling, customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and lapse/churn prediction.

ML Algorithms: Hands-on expertise in XGBoost, LightGBM, K-Means, K-Prototype, and HDBSCAN.

Programming: Advanced Python and SQL for feature engineering and data processing.

MLOps: Practical experience with ML pipelines and model deployment (Azure MLOps preferred).

Domain: Experience in Insurance / BFSI is a robust plus.
