Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily dialer operations using Ameyo Dialer for inbound and outbound voice processes.
- Perform data churning, data cleaning, filtering, validation, and segmentation for calling campaigns.
- Configure and manage call routing, routing rules, and agent allocation.
- Create and manage agent IDs, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Create and configure agent skills and skill mapping as per campaign requirements.
- Handle campaign creation, configuration, activation, and monitoring.
- Perform DIA mapping and related dialer configurations as required.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dialer and campaign performance reports.
- Monitor call volumes, connect rates, agent availability, and campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot dialer login, routing, campaign, and calling-related issues.
- Coordinate with Operations, MIS, IT, and Team Leaders for smooth process execution.
- Maintain accurate dialer records and ensure timely completion of reporting activities.

Preferred candidate profile





- Hands-on experience with Ameyo Dialer.
- Knowledge of data churning and campaign data management.
- Call routing and routing configuration.
- Agent ID creation and user management.
- Skill creation and skill mapping.
- Campaign management and configuration.
- DIA mapping.
- Report generation and dialer performance monitoring.
- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, filters, and data cleaning.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2-4 years of experience in dialer operations within a BPO or call-centre environment.
- Practical knowledge of Ameyo Dialer and voice-process operations.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and operational requirements.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
