This role provides end-to-end support for multiple Supply Applications, ensuring the stable, reliable, and optimized performance of business-critical systems supporting manufacturing and supply operations. The role combines application support, system integrations, light project delivery, analytics, and continuous improvement to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.

The hiring team is looking for professionals who have a strong application support background, can troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with business and technical teams, understand business processes, and adapt quickly to supporting different applications across the supply application landscape not candidates whose experience is limited to a single application or WMS product. The role values enterprise application support, SQL, integrations, batch support, testing, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

This role provides end-to-end support for Supply Applications, ensuring stable, reliable, and optimized performance of critical systems supporting manufacturing and supply operations.

The role combines application support, integration knowledge, light project delivery, and analytics capability to resolve issues, improve processes, and enable business continuity.

Generalist able to learn applications in the stack but more importantly understand the processes and learn some of the applications as needed.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in application support specialist role or similar position.
- Robust understanding of Infor LN systems, including integration with other software platforms.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as WebMethods for system integration and process improvement.




- Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
