Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 9 to 15 years of experience in US IT staffing, predominantly focused on W2 hiring and direct client requirements, particularly across Data Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate must have robust hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, direct client hiring, and end-to-end US recruitment delivery. This is an Individual Contributor role requiring independent ownership of sourcing, candidate screening, submissions, interview coordination, offer management, and closures.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of US staffing models and proven experience fulfilling direct client requirements, rather than working exclusively on vendor-driven or subcontracting requirements.

Key Responsibilities





- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, primarily across W2 staffing and direct client requirements.
- Recruit for Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud Data Platforms, and related technology positions.
- Work directly on requirements received from end clients, understanding job specifications, technical expectations, submission guidelines, and hiring priorities.
- Demonstrate excellent hands-on proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search filters, Boolean strings, InMail campaigns, passive candidate sourcing, and talent mapping.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other relevant US sourcing platforms to identify, engage, and qualify suitable candidates.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche, senior-level, and hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, work authorization, visa status, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with account managers and client-facing stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality and timely submissions.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and specialized Data & AI hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate documentation, submission records, and interview status updates.




- Take individual ownership of recruitment productivity, submission quality, interview conversion, and successful closures.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 915 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
- Predominantly W2 staffing experience, with a strong understanding of US employment and staffing practices.
- Proven experience working on direct client requirements, preferably with established end clients and clearly defined client hiring processes.
- Strong hands-on recruitment experience across Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Generative AI, or cloud data technologies.
- Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent command of Boolean search, X-ray search, passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, and database mining.
- Working knowledge of US work authorization categories, visa status, and employment models.
- Strong communication, candidate assessment, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements independently and deliver within defined hiring timelines.
- Willingness to work in the US EST shift from the Jaipur / Noida, /Gurgaon office.

Preferred Technical Hiring Exposure

- Data Engineering: Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, and cloud data platforms.
- Data Science & Machine Learning: Python, machine learning, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics.
- AI & Generative AI: LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, AI agents, and Generative AI applications.
- Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern data architectures.

Important Role Clarification

This is a pure hands-on Individual Contributor role, not a people-management position. The selected candidate must personally perform sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, submissions, interview coordination, and closures.
