Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive Business Excellence and Operational Excellence initiatives across manufacturing functions.
- Support Program/Project Management activities and track projects from development stage through implementation/SOP.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, KPIs/KRAs and action plans and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, NPD, Maintenance, SCM, Purchase and Program Management teams.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma and problem-solving tools.




- Identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, quality, cost, delivery and operational efficiency.
- Support cost reduction, VA/VE, waste elimination and productivity improvement projects.
- Conduct process reviews and identify bottlenecks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards, project trackers and management presentations.
- Support management reviews by providing data analysis, project status and performance reports.
