Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.

- Resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and fairly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a qualified and courteous manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process (UK).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours/escalated situations.
