Knowledge required

Candidate must have approx. 5 years of experience in IP.
Candidate must have knowledge of Patricia IP and Anaqua Software.
Candidate should have knowledge of patent prosecution in various jurisdictions like US, EP, PCT. Prosecution knowledge of other jurisdictions like IN, CN, AU, CA etc. will be an advantage
Candidate an perform administrative part of patent portfolio management, i.e., filing and prosecuting patent applications.
Handling of formal documents, recording of data, handling of tasks and workflows in Patricia
Responsible for preparing and filing documents with related deadlines for various patent applications.
Maintaining invention and patent records.
Responsible for tracking of the status of patent applications from time to time coordinating incoming and outgoing notice communications from/to patent offices.




Responsible for notifications, reminders and follow-ups with patent office, stack holders and clients time to time to maintain patent application.
Should work closely with drafting teams.
Take care of patent deadlines by ensuring that all filings like patent filing, response filing, PCT filing, national Phase filing, renewal payments, etc. are done in given deadline with all required documents.

Skills required
Should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution

Education background
Should be graduate or equivalent
