Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to drive revenue growth, retail expansion, distribution development, and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and business development across assigned markets.
- Expand dealer, distributor, franchise, and retail networks.
- Lead retail expansion, including recent store openings and multi-location operations.
- Manage business P&L;, budgets, revenue targets, and profitability.
- Develop General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
- Lead sales teams and improve market penetration and operational efficiency.




- Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.

Candidate Requirements

- 1520+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Retail Operations.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and business expansion.
- Experience in dealer/distributor development and retail network expansion.
- Strong P&L; management and commercial acumen.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Designations: AGM/GM Sales, Head Business Development, Regional Business Head, or Business Head.

Key Focus: Revenue growth, retail expansion, distribution network development, and profitability.
