Salary: 15,000 20,000 In-Hand + Attractive Incentives

Process & Shift Timings

- UK Process ( IVA): 1:30 PM 11:00 PM

- US Process (Debt Solution): 7:00 PM 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Overview:

We are hiring Financial Advisors for our international debt management processes (US & UK IVA). You will consult with international clients, assess their financial situations, and guide them through suitable debt resolution programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers (US/UK).
- Evaluate customer financial profiles and assess eligibility for debt solution / IVA programs.




- Explain financial plans and debt resolution options clearly and persuasively.
- Assist clients with documentation and program onboarding.

Key Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible (Freshers welcome).
- Comfortable working in designated process shifts (Work From Office only).
