Role Overview:

The Candidate will be responsible for on-account settlement for the Saket complex, coordinating with relevant departments and TPAs to ensure timely resolution of queries and adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

- Monitor TPA sale amounts closely and coordinate with Finance, Billing, Front Office, and TPAs for day-to-day TPA and on-account related work.





- Handle TPA queries for the Saket complex and ensure all assigned tasks are completed within TAT.

- Maintain grooming standards, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and practices.

- Maintain complete orientation of the QMS and EMS systems of the hospital.

- Maintain complete awareness of the Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.

- Comply with service quality processes, environmental and occupational policies of the respective area.

- Comply with patient safety policies at all times.

Measurable Deliverables

- Ensure timely completion of all assigned responsibilities.

- Ensure TPA sale amount ageing does not exceed 15 days outstanding on account.

Experience & Qualifications:

- MBA (Marketing)/Diploma in Marketing or Graduate

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience preferred

- Solid teamwork, collaboration, and time management skills

- Proficiency in English and HindiRole & responsibilities
