Role : Client Account Executive

Location : Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via call, email, and chat.
- Provide functional support for Cygnets GST and Compliance Products (GST filing, E invoicing, E-way bill, reconciliation, etc.).
- Guide customers on product usage, portal navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist users in understanding GST-related workflows, documentation, and system requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, resolutions, and feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude.
- Understand product updates, new releases, and GST portal changes to support customers effectively.
- Contribute to improving support processes and knowledge-base articles.
- Willingness to work in voice/non-voice roles and night/rotational shifts.

Skills & Requirements

- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand technology and GST concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts/GST is preferred.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.

Note: Training duration (2-4 Months) 6 days (Fix timing -10.00 AM to 7.00 PM)

After training 5 days, rotation shift

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

12:30 PM to 9:00 PM

2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

09:00 PM to 5:30 AM (Work from Home)

11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Work from Home)
