Responsibilities

- Solid capability in conducting research and gathering relevant data to support consulting engagements and delivery decisions.
- Proficient in analytical problem-solving to assess business situations, identify gaps, and develop structured recommendations.
- Hands-on expertise in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for documentation, analysis, and presentation development.




- Able to support field work and on-ground data collection to strengthen engagement outcomes and implementation inputs.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to end-to-end engagement delivery with an understanding of transformation-focused consulting work.

What you will need to qualify
- MBA
- Social Sciences

Experience
- 3+ years in Social sector
