- Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify recent opportunities for cross-selling insurance products.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including products, regulations, and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
