Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AVP – Operations exclusively from the BPO industry, with a solid background in collections and debt recovery operations. The candidate should have proven experience in managing large-scale collection processes, driving operational performance, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end BPO collection and debt recovery operations.

Lead large teams comprising Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and collection executives.

Drive collection targets, recovery rates, productivity, and operational KPIs.

Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency.

Manage client relationships, business reviews, escalations, and service delivery.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.

Ensure compliance with client policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical collection practices.

Drive process improvement, cost optimization, quality,



and operational excellence.

Manage workforce planning, employee performance, training, and attrition.

Conduct regular performance reviews and present operational updates to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory: Relevant experience in the BPO industry only.

Strong experience in collections, debt recovery, or recovery operations within a BPO setup.

Proven experience managing large-scale operations and multiple teams.

Strong knowledge of collection strategies, operational KPIs, and client management.

Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience handling client escalations and meeting stringent business targets.

Candidate Preference

Candidates currently working in BPO collection or debt recovery operations.

Candidates with experience managing large teams and client portfolios.

Immediate joiners only.
