Role & responsibilities

Personal Banker Classic - Jowai ,Maligaon

Personal Banker Sales - Baghmara,Phulbari

- Acquire recent customers and build the CASA, deposits and liabilities portfolio of the branch.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and quality service.
- Identify customer requirements and cross-sell banking products such as deposits, insurance, investments, loans and cards.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and portfolio targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Generate business through field sales, references, leads and local market activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance and adherence to the banks policies and processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and support the overall business growth of the branch.
