About The Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, vendor management, GST/TDS compliance, and monthly closing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, statutory compliance, and financial reconciliations, along with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

Essential Job Functions:

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform bank, credit card, and Accounts Payable reconciliations and support monthly financial closing.
- Maintain vendor master data, vendor ageing reports, and expense trackers.
- Prepare GST and TDS workings, reconciliations, challans, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare monthly TDS payment workings and support quarterly TDS return filing.
- Perform GST reconciliations involving GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, and e-invoicing data.
- Record accounting entries for provisions, prepaid expenses, and other transactions, ensuring timely reversals.
- Manage accounting for office expenses, utilities, and other recurring and non-recurring expenses.
- Support fixed asset purchases, documentation, and accounting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, statutory documents, and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide the required documentation during audits.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance,



and timely completion of assigned finance and accounting activities.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts or Accounts Payable.
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Office.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, vendor accounting, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience in Accounts Payable and monthly closing activities.
- Good understanding of accounting entries and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or an equivalent qualification.
