Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, primarily US-based clients.
- Assist customers with queries related to US tax preparation and tax filing services.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and customer requirements.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or relevant systems.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity, call quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain skilled communication and build positive customer relationships.
