Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain secure access controls for IT systems using Active Directory, Conditional Access, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop technical documentation of security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies through threat modeling exercises.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to identity management, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or a related field.
- Robust understanding of Comptia Security+ certification concepts such as risk assessment, incident response planning.
- Proficiency in tools like CyberArk Defender, Delinea/Sentinel SIEM platform; BeyondTrust; ISCA SSCP.
