Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach the assigned subject effectively and ensure conceptual clarity among students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.




- Evaluate student performance, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning setting.
- Identify individual learning needs and support students in improving their academic performance.
- Use appropriate teaching aids, technology, and activity-based learning methods.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events, and academic activities.
- Encourage students' holistic development through co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Follow school policies, academic guidelines, and professional standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in the concerned subject, as applicable to the position.
- B.Ed. or other prescribed teacher-training qualification, wherever applicable.
- Relevant school teaching experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with the required qualifications may also apply, subject to the school's eligibility criteria.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Good subject knowledge and the ability to engage students effectively.
