Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Sales & Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of Zoho products and a proven track record in software sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, promoting Zoho solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Zoho products and solutions.
- Sell Zoho Products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals with the team.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Zoho solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3–7 years of overall experience in IT/SaaS sales or business development, including at least 1–2 years of mandatory experience in selling Zoho products or solutions.
- Robust knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Zoho solutions.
- Experience in managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience selling Zoho implementation, customization, and integration services.
- Experience handling corporate clients and international markets.
