Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Zoho Books Specialist with practical knowledge of Zoho Books, accounting processes, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the effective use of Zoho Books for internal operations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities using Zoho Books.

- Create and manage invoices, bills, credit notes, debit notes, and expense records.

- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

- Manage chart of accounts, journals, ledgers, and general accounting entries.

- Assist in GST-related accounting, tax reports, and reconciliations.

- Generate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

- Assist with data migration, account setup, and configuration in Zoho Books.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.





- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address accounting and software-related queries.

- Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and confidentiality.

- Support users in understanding Zoho Books features and workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong practical knowledge of Zoho Books.

- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant accounting compliances.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

- Understanding of bank reconciliation and financial statements.

- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of other Zoho applications and integration workflows will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
