Position: Young Chief Financial Officer

Qualification: Charted Accountant

Experience: 2-5 Years

Preferrence: Bangalore Candidates are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage chief financial officer role in finance.
- Manage the financial actions of the company.
- Undertake major investment and financing decisions.
- Communicate with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
- Manage the organization's investments and financial risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Review and approve financial transactions such as contracts and invoices.
- Negotiate with lenders, investors, and financial partners.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other members of the organization.
- Develop and execute strategies for raising capital through debt and equity financing.




- Cultivate relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions.
- Evaluate and select appropriate funding instruments to align with company objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Analyze financial performance, including EBITDA, to inform strategic decisions.
- Support project planning and execution from a financial perspective.
- Oversee internal audits and due diligence processes.
- Represent the company in financial discussions with stakeholders.
