Role Description The Yoga Instructor will lead in-person yoga sessions for employees and guests at the Hyderabad office, promoting physical well-being, stress reduction, and mindfulness. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves planning and conducting daily classes, including beginner to advanced levels, with a focus on safe practice and correct alignment.

The Instructor will design structured programs integrating styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa, offer modifications based on individual abilities, and guide participants through breathing techniques and relaxation practices.



Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and welcoming practice environment, monitoring participant progress, organizing wellness workshops, and collaborating with HR or wellness teams on holistic health initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Yoga Instruction skills, including class planning, posture guidance, and safe practice techniques.
- Candidates should possess expertise in specific yoga styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa for varied class formats.
- Candidates should possess Teaching skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt sessions for different skill levels.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage participants, provide feedback, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment.
- Relevant yoga certification from a recognized institution and prior experience as a yoga instructor or wellness trainer.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physical fitness, and basic injury prevention, with the ability to offer appropriate modifications.
