Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day facility operations of the workshop.
- Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, electrical, plumbing, and other utilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other facility services.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and upkeep of the workshop premises.
- Monitor and maintain fire safety and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Track facility-related assets, inventory, and maintenance activities.
- Identify and resolve facility-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor facility expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance, AMC, vendor services, and compliance

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in facility/workshop administration or automobile operations.
- Experience in vendor and facility management.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, maintenance, and safety systems.
- Positive problem-solving and ownership skills.
- Automobile workshop experience will be an added advantage.
