Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Worker role based at Delhivery’s facility in Udhampur. The Worker is responsible for handling parcels and freight, including loading and unloading vehicles, sorting and scanning shipments, and preparing items for dispatch according to company procedures. Daily tasks include following safety guidelines, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and supporting operational teams to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.





The role involves coordinating with supervisors and colleagues, reporting any issues with shipments or equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation where required. Workers may be assigned to different shifts and are expected to contribute to smooth warehouse operations and timely customer deliveries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess basic operational skills such as parcel handling, loading/unloading, and manual material movement.
- Candidates should possess basic documentation and accuracy skills, including reading labels, following instructions, and maintaining correct shipment records.
- Candidates should possess workplace safety and equipment-handling skills, such as secure lifting practices and careful use of tools and warehouse equipment (training can be provided).
- Candidates should possess teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with supervisors and coworkers and follow verbal and written directions.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations, willingness to work flexible shifts, basic numeric literacy, and a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
