We are looking for an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.

Position Details

- Role: Workday Techno-Functional Consultant
- Experience: 3+ years (relevant Workday experience)
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Mode: To be discussed during the hiring process
- Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience with Workday Studio

Job Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes.
- Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio.
- Work on EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Web Services.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data mapping issues and production incidents.
- Participate in integration testing, UAT, Workday releases and enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver effective Workday solutions.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in Workday HCM.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
- Knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Web Services.
- Understanding of XML, XSLT and SOAP/REST APIs.
- Experience in Workday configuration, integrations and troubleshooting.

Significant Interview Requirement Please note that the first round of interview is mandatory in person at our Hyderabad office. Candidates should be willing and available to attend this round at the Hyderabad location.
