About the role:

At Randstad, we put people at the heart of everything we do. we are looking for a global finance workday business analyst to join our global finance e-one project team. in this role, you will specialize in one of our core value streams— record to report (R2R) , lead to cash (L2C) , or source to pay (S2P) —to drive testing execution, process mapping, and defect management across international markets.

key responsibilities

- functional expertise: act as a subject matter expert in workday financials (R2R, Lead to Cash, or S2P) and align capabilities with finance processes.
- testing administration: lead sit and uat execution, track progress, follow up with delayed testers, and maintain test logs with pass/fail evidence.
- process mapping & gap analysis:

build detailed "as-is" and "to-be" visual process flows to identify gaps, train end-users, and support developers.

- defect triage & root cause analysis: gather defect reports during testing, perform root cause analysis, and log defects for product owners and system implementation partners.

- requirements traceability: create and maintain the requirements traceability matrix (rtm) linking business requirements, user stories, configured features,



and uat scripts.
- data migration support:

perform tactical data cleansing, formatting, and validation, comparing legacy data against workday load templates.

- cutover & support hand-off: assist in updating the cutover project plan and document system quirks, workarounds, and user errors into tier 1/tier 2 runbooks for hypercare support.

key skills required
- workday expertise: deep functional knowledge of workday financials. workday financials certification is highly preferred.
- domain knowledge: domain expertise in R2R, L2C, or S2P finance processes.

- data & analytical skills: advanced excel skills, solid understanding of data flows, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- stakeholder management: tenacity to follow up with global stakeholders across different time zones to keep deliverables on schedule

Shift: 1pm to 10pm Work model: Work from office
