What Will You Do?

- Answer calls from car owners and drivers and help resolve their queries.
- Contact potential drivers and explain UDrivo's services.
- Guide drivers through the registration and onboarding process using our website or WhatsApp.
- Verify driver details and follow up when necessary.
- Maintain driver onboarding records using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer support.

Additional responsibilities will be assigned gradually based on your performance and learning progress. Who Can Apply?
- Candidates who can speak Hindi fluently.
- Freshers are welcome to apply — prior experience is not required.
- Minimum educational qualification: SSC (10th Pass) or above.




- Good communication skills and a polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work towards targets.
- A reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer.

Stipend & Performance-Based Growth Start with ₹5,000 per month and grow with your performance!
- First 2 months: ₹5,000/month
- After 2 months: ₹7,500/month
- After 4 months: ₹10,000/month
- After 6 months: ₹12,500/month

Salary After 8 months: ₹15,000/month

Stipend increments are performance-based and subject to meeting the company's evaluation criteria at each two-month review.
