WIRING HARNESS TECHNICIAN

Work Location:* Talaghattapura, Bangalore

Experience:* Freshers / 02 Years

Qualification:* ITI / Diploma – Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE

Job Responsibilities

Perform wiring and wiring harness assembly* as per given drawings and work instructions.

Carry out wire cutting, stripping, crimping, termination, routing, and bundling.

Assemble wires, connectors, terminals, sleeves, and other harness components.

Read and understand basic wiring and circuit diagrams.

Perform continuity and electrical testing of wiring harnesses.

Inspect completed harnesses for correct connections, routing, and workmanship.

Identify and rectify wiring and connectivity issues.

Perform rework and corrections as required.

Use basic electrical tools and testing equipment such as multimeter and continuity tester.

Maintain quality and follow standard work instructions and safety procedures.

Coordinate with the production and engineering teams to complete assigned work.

Required Skills





Basic knowledge of Electrical / Electronics.

Ability to understand basic wiring diagrams.

Knowledge of wires, cables, connectors, and terminals.

Basic knowledge of *crimping, soldering, and cable termination

Ability to use basic hand tools and electrical testing equipment. Good attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment.

Valuable discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.

Eligibility

ITI:* Electrical / Electronics / Electrician / Wireman or related trade.

Diploma:* Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE or related discipline.

Freshers can apply.*

Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
