We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Global Head of Marketing to lead global branding, demand generation, and revenue pipeline growth across international markets.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in B2B Services Marketing, Demand Generation, Pipeline Growth, and Executive Thought Leadership, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own global demand generation, enterprise lead generation, and marketing-led pipeline growth.

Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and inbound marketing strategies.

Strengthen global brand positioning across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.

Build executive thought leadership through white papers, industry articles, research reports, and speaking engagements.

Lead digital marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign performance.

Drive marketing technology, CRM integration, and data-driven marketing operations.

Build and lead high-performing global marketing teams.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead conversion and revenue growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile





15+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing and global services marketing.

Solid, demonstrable ownership of Demand Generation and Revenue Pipeline Growth.

Proven thought leadership credentials clearly highlighted in the resume.

Experience in organizations with 5,000+ employees, a global delivery footprint, and significant revenue contribution from the US market.

Background in AECO, BIM, Construction Technology, Engineering Services, IT Services, Technology Consulting, or BPO/BPM is preferred.

MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or a related discipline is preferred.
