? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage corporate governance, Board Meetings, AGMs, and statutory filings.

✅ Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and applicable regulations.

✅ Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.

✅ Handle litigation, legal notices, disputes, and regulatory matters.

✅ Oversee legal compliance across manufacturing operations and commercial activities.





✅ Advise senior management on legal risks and compliance strategies.

? What We’re Looking For:

- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with an LLB degree.
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in secretarial, legal, and compliance functions.
- Experience in textile, manufacturing, or industrial organizations preferred.
- Robust expertise in corporate governance, contract management, and litigation.
