Requirements

- Degree/Masters in Hotel Management
- 2–5 years of teaching or industry experience
- Strong communication and mentoring skills

Key Responsibilities

- Teaching and conducting practical sessions in Bakery
- Counselling and mentoring students
- Supporting training and placement activities
- Teaching additional subjects beyond core specialization
- Participating in departmental and university promotional activities
- Handling examinations, paper setting, and evaluations
- Attending staff meetings and contributing to general administration
- Writing and publishing research proposals, papers, and journals
- Attending and speaking at conferences and seminars
