Role Description The Wedding Designer at Sunmoon Events & Experiences will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing weddings that reflect each client’s unique vision, preferences, and cultural background. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, developing design concepts, selecting themes, colors, décor elements, and layouts, and coordinating with vendors such as florists, lighting specialists, photographers, and caterers. The role involves creating mood boards, managing event timelines, overseeing on-site setup and execution, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.





This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhopal, with regular on-site work at venues and the office, along with some flexibility to work from home for planning, coordination, and design tasks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Photography and Photo Research skills to support visual concept development and documentation of events.
- Candidates should possess Image Editing and Photo Retouching skills to refine visual assets for client presentations and marketing materials.
- Candidates should possess Video Editing skills to create highlight reels and promotional content for weddings and other events.
- Experience in wedding or event design, décor planning, and vendor coordination is highly beneficial.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to translate client preferences into cohesive design concepts are essential.
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple events.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements in Bhopal, including on-site event days, client meetings, and flexible remote planning work.
- A background in event management, design, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
