: Sr. WEDDING PLANNER (Experience in Events such as Weddings, Engagements, Bridal Shower is a must)

Salary: 30K to 50K

Experience: 2-4 years

- Initiate meetings and discussions, understand the client requirements and budget
- Preparing presentations/walkthrough
- Excellent knowledge of venues across Kerala / and major cities
- Provide creative and innovative décor ideas to the client as per their budget and requirements
- Take ownership of the event and ensure a flawless execution
- Vendor management, budget management, internal team management
- Meticulous documentation of relevant contracts and bills.
- Payment settlement with the client
- Post event report

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven wedding or event planning experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Sound knowledge of different religions and religious practices.
- Strong networking and negotiating skills
- Good visualisation ability.




- Should have their own database and good rapport with vendors, florists, photographers, artists etc.
- Adept at planning, scheduling and delegation of work.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and creative.
- Good Experience in conducting luxury/ high-cost wedding
- Must have Experience in conducting North Indian Wedding
- Candidate must have valuable command over English, Hindi and Malayalam.
