Key Responsibilities*

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications.
- Develop clean, scalable, secure, and SEO-friendly code.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and/or relevant web technologies.
- Develop and customize websites using WordPress/CMS platforms where required.
- Integrate APIs, forms, databases, third-party tools, and other required services.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement technical requirements provided by SEO and digital marketing teams.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, graphic design, and digital marketing teams.
- Troubleshoot website bugs, errors, broken links, compatibility issues, and technical problems.
- Implement website security, backups, updates, and maintenance practices.
- Conduct testing across browsers, devices, and screen sizes; maintain website documentation, development records.
- Manage website hosting, domains, SSL, DNS, and basic server-related requirements where applicable.
- Stay updated with modern web-development technologies, AI tools, security practices, and industry standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web development, and web standards.
- Practical experience with PHP/WordPress or relevant backend technologies.




- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL.
- Understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Git/version control will be an advantage.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly development, website security, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of practical Web Development experience required.
- Relevant web-development certifications/projects will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate A technically strong, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and proactive developer capable of independently handling website development and maintenance tasks.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills, and interview performance
