Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and experienced Web Consultant to join our digital marketing and web solutions team. The candidate must have prior experience in the same domain, particularly in website development services, digital marketing, or web solutions sales, with a focus on the USA and Canadian markets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to connect with international clients, understand their business requirements, and generate sales opportunities through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the USA and Canada to promote website development, website redesign, digital marketing, SEO, and other web solutions.
- Identify business owners, entrepreneurs, and potential customers who require website or digital marketing services.
- Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable web solutions.
- Generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and convert prospects into customers.
- Explain service offerings, pricing, packages, and business benefits effectively.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and emails to close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and web development teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain professional communication standards while dealing with international clients across different time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in web consulting, website development sales, digital marketing sales, or a similar domain is mandatory.
- Experience handling the USA and Canada outbound calling process is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong conversational skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of website development, WordPress, SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing services.
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest relevant solutions.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software, spreadsheets,



and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace and manage multiple prospects effectively.
- Professional attitude, confidence, patience, and a results-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have relevant experience in the web solutions or digital marketing industry.
- Prior experience with international outbound sales or telecalling is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls to clients in the USA and Canada.
- Must be willing to work according to the shift timings aligned with US and Canadian business hours.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at the earliest will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
