Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Relationship Manager (Wealth RM) role based in Delhi, India. The Wealth RM will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and affluent clients, providing advisory support on real estate-backed wealth solutions and broader investment opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, recommending appropriate property and investment options, coordinating with internal real estate and advisory teams, and ensuring high-quality client servicing and follow-up.

The role involves regular client meetings, preparing proposals and reports, monitoring portfolio performance, and staying updated on market trends in both real estate and wealth management.



The Wealth RM will also support business development initiatives, contribute to revenue growth, and uphold compliance with relevant regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong relationship management and client-servicing skills, with experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of wealth management, investment products, and real estate-based investment solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs, evaluate opportunities, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM tools, basic financial modeling or analysis, and standard office software.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate) is preferred; qualified certifications in wealth management or finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in wealth management, private banking, real estate advisory, or investment sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a high level of integrity and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
