Lumia International Spa is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and walk-in enquiries.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.
- Explain spa services, treatments, and packages to clients.
- Manage billing, payments,



and daily front-desk activities.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and the management team to ensure smooth operations.

Language Requirements
- English: Valuable verbal communication skills required.
- Kannada: Preferred.
- Hindi: An added advantage.
- Telugu
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and professional personality.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn booking software.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, salons, or spas is an advantage, but not mandatory.
