Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Washing Supervisor to manage daily car washing operations at our Maruti Suzuki service centres in Chengannur and Kozhenchery. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the washing team, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, maintaining quality standards, and completing washing activities within the scheduled time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the car washing team.
- Ensure all vehicles are washed, cleaned, and delivered according to company quality standards.
- Allocate washing jobs to team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle washing as per service delivery schedules.
- Inspect washed vehicles to maintain high standards of cleanliness and finishing.
- Ensure proper handling of vehicles and prevent damage during washing.
- Monitor the usage of water, cleaning materials, and washing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the washing area.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of washing equipment and tools.
- Train and guide washing staff on proper washing techniques and safety procedures.




- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop staff to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and teamwork within the washing department.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent.
- Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or automobile service operations is preferred.
- Experience in supervising a team will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of vehicle washing procedures, cleaning materials, and equipment.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage workload and complete tasks within deadlines.
