Role Overview

FroGo is looking for a hands-on warehouse skilled to manage day-to-day warehouse execution at a CFA/warehouse. The role focuses on receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, picking, dispatch, manpower coordination and adherence to cold-chain and food-safety processes. The candidate should be comfortable working on the warehouse floor and taking ownership of daily operational performance.

- Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inbound, put-away, storage, picking, staging and outbound/dispatch activities.

- Ensure correct SKU, batch and quantity handling; maintain FIFO/FEFO discipline and segregation of saleable, damaged, expired and return stock.

- Monitor inventory accuracy through system entries, physical checks, cycle counts and timely reporting of variances.

- Coordinate order-wise picking, packing, loading and dispatch as per cut-off times, customer requirements and vehicle schedules.

- For frozen products, monitor and record storage temperature as per site SOP; escalate temperature deviations,



equipment breakdowns and cold-chain risks.

- Plan daily manpower and shift allocation; guide warehouse associates, loaders and pickers to meet productivity and dispatch timelines.

- Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, housekeeping, product handling standards and compliance with company SOPs.

- Ensure inward/outward documentation is complete, including GRN/inward records, picklists, dispatch records, stock transfers and return/damage records.

- Coordinate with transporters, CFA teams and central operations to resolve dispatch, stock and documentation issues.

- Track daily KPIs such as fill rate, dispatch adherence, picking accuracy, inventory variance, productivity, damages and pending orders.

- Support audits, stock reconciliation, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
