Job Title: Manager Warehouse

Location: Kolkata / Gurgaon / Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager Warehouse to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for the Kolkata / Gurgaon / Hyderabad region. The role will be responsible for warehouse management, inventory control, marketplace operations, and team leadership while ensuring operational efficiency across B2B, B2C, and quick commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Warehouse Management

- Oversee complete warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, and dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance norms
- Optimize space utilization and improve warehouse productivity.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory aging, shrinkage, and stock discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize losses.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and availability.

3. Warehouse Operations

- Manage order processing and fulfillment for B2B, B2C, and marketplace channels.
- Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to SLA.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth last-mile delivery.




- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, TAT, and cost efficiency.

4. Marketplace & Channel Knowledge

- Hands-on experience managing marketplace operations including Amazon and Flipkart.
- Solid understanding of B2B, B2C, and quick commerce models.
- Manage order integrations, returns (RTO), and marketplace compliance.
- Ensure seamless execution across online sales channels.

5. Team Management

- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff and supervisors.
- Monitor team performance and drive productivity improvements.
- Ensure manpower planning and shift management.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

6. Reporting & Analytics

- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze operational data to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Support management with data-driven insights.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in warehouse and regional operations management.
- Strong knowledge of B2B, B2C, marketplace, and quick commerce operations.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Ability to manage high-volume operations efficiently.
